I knew it, Tom Fulp not including Otis Day wasn't be Official which is sad.

Piconjo get his own Official day but Otis didn't again.

It Pico Cousin 20 years game!

He one most important Newgrounds Character without him I'll be will not fan of Pico School.

So I already plan out the fan of Otis and some other characters for challenge!

I had a video where Pico facing his cousin fight in Mugen Video.

It such unfair for Otis he has a lot potential, he another Oswald The Lucky Rabbit of Newgrounds again.

I miss Pico Cousin and some of old classic ng character.

The reason I draw a lot Otis fanart? He isn't had much relevant for too long or many years.

I which Manga never leave Newgrounds and still work with Pico Cousin for successful and better franchise.

If Otis Day is Official included then I would never talk about it that much.

I mean Pico is good back then but I'm Interest with Otis more then Pico.

Pico is just became repetitive Ng character that use same Gun, overused relationship with Boyfriend and lack originally.

A few fan those care about Otis is Pikafaa, Cootieqt/Cootieqt (few times)/ Purple Glitch and other users who still care about Otis.

Otis has a small fan that still supported him. I got bored with Pico because he keep getting 80% same content and 20% is something different.

Otis is a good Newgrounds Character, he a character child related protagonist, I missed Otis, he a nice boy someday he became a heroic ng character beside Pico.

Do I need to say more? Some Newgrounds are mostly obsessed with Boyfriend from FNF that make other Newgrounds Character pulled to the side by him. I'm not into rapper or dating.

The First years of My Mugen Project of Pico Fighting game.

This is when the character would release to Mugen (Fighting Game) Publicy on Pico Day (Early/Late)

Pico, Otis and Nene is ready to go for 2023. Except for Voice line which is unfinished, but @Cootiegirl still working the voice quote line.

It only just an beginning The day will come to work more then 5 years or maybe least 10 years to get most of Pico School character and Guest character if possible.

Turn into true Pico fighting game didn't got almost a roster of Pico series.

This is Pico day 2023 you can play 3 character with many moveset to use it.

It a first years I focusing on Pico Character so that to early for that.

The Voice Acting i still need alot voice line on almost every Pico's School character, Pico's Cousin, Piconjo and other guest character if i want to do.

But no one join for a voice line and sfx for the character beside Cootieqt. I know alot of Newgrounds User are busy and not make full playable fighting game.

I'm very active on solo sprite, Voice sfx and quote assist and learning to make gameplay unique.

Darnell and Cassandra is currently my next character for 2024 as Predictions that i'm working on. Saving time to prepare.

I hope Otis fan is happy for being playable again for a long time.

nearly 20 years of Pico's Cousin series it feel like focusing more on Otis.

Pico Day 2023 is on May 6th.

That one week later before OG Pico Day.

And the Problem is where Otis Day?

His 20 Years old of Pico's Cousin Series is almost his day of the year.

I didn't know if their another Piconjo Day for the third times or not.

No Otis Day? been forgotten once again.

I got more plan for him.

Pico Day is getting repetitive and the fan still doing same content all over again.

Such as Pico doing mostly edgy thing with lack of charm or his character goals and fight.

Lack of Otis, other Pico's Cousin cast, Samurai Asshole and other classic Newgrounds character deserve more.

No Otis Day this year? as importent character, I'm very disappointed.

I used to like Pico Day in the 2000's era and the early 2010's for Animation. But not as great in 2012-2019 due of lack of content that Pico given with lack of Pico Villains such as the Goth Punks.

If Pico Vs Otis animation I would be love it more.

That how Newgrounds people are. Piconjo get attention but ignore Otis I mean really?

There no other good child protagonist Newgrounds beside Pico and Otis.

Every Pico Day expect for Fnf era, Otis was treated unfairly for not add him for Ng Fighting game or animation.

He has a potential for his own.

I got MUGEN project for Otis so that fine. I got fanart ready but I didn't do much because I was too busy with Mugen stuff.

Pico Day 2023 Suggestion

- More Classic Ng Character

- More Otis and Pico’s Cousin

- Less Tankman and Fnf (Overstayed their welcome)

- More Pico and Otis moment (such as the bonding and family)

- More Goth Punks like Alucard, Cyclops, Hanzou and more.

And make him playable Pico Fighting game. (Pico villains didn’t used much.)

If Otis still not playable in recent Pico or Newgrounds games then I'm not interested with Newgrounds that much.

I know Newgrounds since 2011 then until now it feel lack of charm and enjoyment of Newgrounds.

Tom Fulp never say a word about Otis since Pico's Cousin come along. After that never thing. We don't know he thought about Otis. I mean Pico by himself is just isn't fun anymore. Pico and Otis deserve a team up more often.

I wish that Magna the Creator of Pico's Cousin stay relevant then Otis can stay alive and not forgotten.

Pico's Cousin 3 would been better If Otis develop.

I want to see his mother and looking a for female character since Otis never had a girl or a friend around him.

That game is nearly 20 years game. I hope he back and make and learn more about the character.

Every years it about Pico are repetitive, same point edge content without his cousin arounds or lack of originally.

Since Otis wasn't around for long, no one remember until 2021.

It nearly 20 years old game to wish his playable character one more times.

We will make a strong Pico Fighting Game Roster. If it work more then 5 years or more then that.

After it done, I only need one thing that was the Voice Actor of Pico Character.

Since their not many Pico Character in Fighting game didn't had much voice line.

So I need a Request someone for Only Voice for Pico and Otis Attack, Hurt and get Knocked out.

Before next Pico Day if not then most voice Pico character are not gonna be voice.

What about Newgrounds Zero Hour? I heard they add the voice acting in NG Zero Hour for future.

If I only ask them if I adding Pico and other character to Mugen (Fighting Games).

Both Pico and Otis are going to be in Mugen Fighting Game for 2023.

Pico's Cousin Series is almost 20 years old game.

Pico Sprite upgrade.

Revival for Otis return and 6 New Stages.

3 New Stages for Pico's School and Pico's Cousin each.

If I make Otis playable fighting game to MUGEN model it all good.

Without Pico’s Cousin then I won’t support Pico Series by now.
