Nene For Mugen Character Project Planned

Both Pico and Otis is nearly fininsh.

Nene is my next character to make Sprite and for Mugen Project coming for 2023.

If I don't finish before Pico Day 2023 then Nene can be another next year Pico Day along with Darnell and Goth Punks.

I will make the best Mugen Project for Pico 2D Fighting Game as I can.
